Welcome! I’m Paytin Baxter, a dedicated NASM certified personal trainer passionate about fitness and helping individuals lead healthier lives through personalized training programs. As someone who has personally navigated through the challenges of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), I understand the unique obstacles it presents, especially when it comes to fitness and nutrition. My journey has equipped me with knowledge and experience to create personalized workout plans that are both effective and sustainable.

  • First things first, click the link to my 1:1 Online Coaching application and complete and submit the form. From there I will get in contact with you (via email) and attach further information regarding the next steps to take!

  • I offer a range of membership options providing flexibility and convenience, including month-to-month, 3-month, and 6-month plans. These options allow you to choose the commitment level that works best for you whether you’re looking for a flexible, low obligation arrangement or a long-term commitment. All plans come with the same great benefits, ensuring you can enjoy uninterrupted access to all services, with the ability to adjust or renew your membership as needed. The 3-month and 6-month membership packages offer a discount compared to the month-to-month option, providing a greater value for those seeking to commit to a longer-term plan.

  • No, you do NOT need a membership. When I create your plan, I’ll design it around the equipment you have available. That being said, if your goal is to build muscle and you have no equipment, then I’ll usually recommend either joining a gym or purchasing some basic equipment, such as a set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench, or a set of resistance bands.

  • Yes! When I create your plan, I’ll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. I work with clients ranging from beginners to experienced lifters looking to elevate their fitness routine. Upon application and completing the onboarding process, you’ll be required to fill out questionnaires that provide me with information to determine how I should go about creating your tailored plan. My goal is to help my clients of all levels achieve amazing results while providing structure and eliminating any guesswork.

  • For any exercise you might be unsure of, you can record yourself performing that exercise and forward it to me. I’ll then assess your form and provide feedback ensuring you are mastering your technique for future lifts.

  • Very Often! I’ll check-in with you at least a few times a week to make sure everything is going smoothly. You also will have 24/7 direct contact access, giving you the opportunity to reach out whenever necessary (I’m here to help!). Every Friday I will send out a check-in form for you to complete prior to our one-on-one check in video call held that same day.

  • All Memberships are paid in full and upfront at the time of sign-up, no refunds will be issued once the payment has been made. However, please note that memberships are not automatically renewed, meaning you will not be charged again unless you choose to repurchase or extend your membership at the end of the current term. If you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time, and your membership will simply expire once the membership has lapsed, but no refund will be provided for the unused portion of your current membership.
